Nice Designs, but Delivery Was a Bit Slow

I was really impressed with the design of the ModShop furniture, especially the nightstands I was looking at. They have a really unique aesthetic, kind of a blend between West Elm and Z Gallerie. Ordering was straightforward, but I found the delivery took a bit longer than I expected. The counter stools we ended up getting are good quality, so it was worth the wait.

Nice chair, delivery issue

I bought a lounge chair from Modshop1. The chair itself is really nice, very comfortable and the fabric felt high quality. The custom upholstery options were extensive, which was a big plus for matching my decor. The only real snag was with delivery. It took longer than the estimated 6 weeks, ended up being closer to 8, and communication about the delay wasn't super proactive. I had to reach out a couple of times for updates. Once it arrived, though, the white glove service was good. They set it up quickly. So, great product, but the delivery timeline could be more accurate.

Good velvet sofa

I ordered a velvet sofa. It arrived in about 4 weeks, which was expected for a custom piece. The color was true to the swatch I got. It fits well in my living room. Happy with the purchase.

Great value, nice credenza

This was my first time buying from Modshop1. I was looking for a mid-century modern credenza and saw they had a seasonal clearance. Got a good 15% off during the sale, which made the price much more appealing than some other stores I checked. The credenza itself is pretty solid, came well-packaged. Shipping took a bit longer than I hoped, about 5 weeks to get to me, but for the savings, it felt worth the wait. Overall, I feel like I got a good deal for the quality.
